What’s included & delivery timing +
Up to 60 minutes of source footage, two synchronized cameras and 45 minutes finished
Straightforward pacing, audio cleanup, color correction, simple titles and existing branding. You supply the music.
One main-video format; clips, when included or booked separately, use one vertical format. Podcasts include an audio-only export of the same edit. Media hosting and RSS are not included.
One consolidated main-video revision round, plus one for clips/thumbnail; editor mistakes are fixed free without using a revision round
Publishing covers one YouTube channel. Copywriting, strategy, community management, ads and other platforms are not included.
Synchronized angles of the same session count once; unrelated recordings are added together. Extra footage, changed direction, substantial effects, major repair or extensive story development receive a quote before booking. Small or beyond-limit projects receive a fixed quote before booking. New versions, footage or direction need approval; ordinary editorial decisions are included. A straightforward vlog or supplied-script commercial may fit.
Main-video first-draft target: five business days from the capacity-confirmed agreed start, after payment and complete materials/brief. Clips/thumbnail first-draft target: three business days after main-video approval and receipt/approval of clip timestamps. Revision requests are due within seven calendar days of each draft.

For Clips or Publishing, from the same source up to 60 minutes. You approve three timestamps before cutting. Your timestamps: no selection fee. Clip editing is included. Other footage or replacement selections need a separate approved estimate.
Greater Houston only; you supply camera, computer, lighting and audio equipment. Travel and session operation quoted separately.
Ordinary custom work: $50/hour, one-hour minimum; estimate approved before work. B-roll sourcing, extra graphics, animation, voice-over, broader channel management, visual effects, green-screen work, extensive stabilization, extra raw footage and editable project files are quoted separately. Paid assets need approval and are billed separately.

Included work is never charged twice, including work in your custom quote.

Review and send in your email app. Final scope and pricing are confirmed by quote.
Booking & payment terms +
One-off projects up to $200 are paid in full upfront. Larger projects require a 50% deposit, with the balance before unwatermarked finals.
Four-edit plans are paid in full before the billing month. Month-to-month; cancel before the next billing date to prevent renewal. Unused client-caused slots do not automatically roll over; editor-caused delay does not forfeit a paid slot. Reserved submission windows cover four edits, with no fifth edit or unlimited weekly turnaround. Additional edits are separately booked.
Payments become nonrefundable once work begins. Quotes valid 30 days. Files retained 60 days; clients are responsible for backups. Paid assets need your approval and are billed separately. Editable project files are quoted separately.

Meet Evan
I’m Evan Ullsperger, the creative behind Stellar Ducks LLC. With seven years of acting experience across dozens of theater productions—in leading and supporting roles and behind the scenes—plus a supporting film role, I bring a performer’s perspective to storytelling.
My video editing work includes podcasts, vlogs, and anime music videos. My approach centers on pacing, emotion, and keeping viewers engaged!
