THE APPROACH

Understand first.
Build with purpose.

The right solution should fit your day-to-day work, existing tools, and budget.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Walk through the work.

We start with how requests arrive, where information lives, who handles each step, and what needs attention.

02 / RECOMMEND

Choose a suitable solution.

We consider your existing tools, budget, and the simplest useful change. That might be a template, a better process, a tool connection, or a custom workflow. AI and n8n are options when appropriate, not requirements.

03 / AGREE

Set the scope together.

Discuss what will be built, how it will be tested, what you will review, and who will look after it. Pricing is agreed for the project.

FICTIONAL DEMONSTRATION / INQUIRY DESK

From sample inquiry
to reply draft.

Inquiry Desk demonstrates two ways to handle inquiries for a fictional local service business.

Template edition

Organizes fictional sample inquiries and creates editable replies using templates. The owner enters the details and reviews the reply.

Local AI edition

Suggests details from fictional sample emails for the owner to confirm, then helps prepare a reply. The owner checks the details and edits the draft.

Both run locally, include Reset Demo, and let the owner review every reply. Neither connects to a real inbox or sends emails.

These are demonstrations, not client projects or evidence of business results.
